To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
This includes no exchanges for sizing issues, so please measure your pet carefully and refer to our size guide before ordering.

If your item is found to have a verified quality defect, we will issue a full refund—no return necessary. Defects are limited to those that significantly affect product use, and do not include removable dust, threads, wrinkles, or slight color variation.
For hygiene reasons, we do not resell returned items. Thank you for your understanding.
